Guest Artist: MÁRCIA LANÇA 23 > 27 MAY 2022 E.B. 1 Bairro Operário, Lagos
Where do I end and where do you start? How do we meet? Instead of asking who are you, can I ask: how are you? what are you? when/where are you? A limit can be a permeable frontier that is understood in the encounter. The limits appear from the practice of dialogue in the encounter. Between you and me there is space and there is touch, there is the we, this third thing that is also ours. A cell cannot grow and protect itself at the same time, say molecular scientists. The encounter is a place of vulnerability and growth where we can relate to each other beyond knowledge, identity and understanding. In this workshop we will discover collective configurations, through the body and other materials, that translate the intersections of our affections.
